Huia is possibly one of the best know examples of a traditional Carvel constructed timber vessel by one of New Zealand’s best yacht designers. Athol Burns designed strong sea worthy vessels with a reputation second to none. Her current owner has lived aboard for many years but has now retired from a lifetime of boating.

New owners will, after a period of renovation, have a vessel suitable for living aboard and extensive NZ and offshore exploration.
